This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs.  This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Manager, Training here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the training function and ensuring the development and delivery of effective training programs for our employees. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design and implement training strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your expertise in training methodologies and project management will be crucial in driving the learning and development of our workforce. By empowering our employees with the necessary knowledge and skills, you will contribute to their success and the overall growth of the organization. In this role, you will impact the organization by leading the training function, designing and implementing effective training programs, and driving the learning and development of our workforce.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design training strategies
• Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements
• Manage training projects, including budget and resource allocation 

YOU MUST HAVE 
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in training or a related field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
