The Market Intelligence Analyst is responsible for internal and external research and deliverables that enable our understanding of opportunities in their assigned [patient engagement] market for Relias. This includes examining data generated by customers using the product(s), customer feedback, and also data from market and competitive research and surveys. The Market Intelligence Analyst works closely with product marketing and market research, and product management on overlapping areas of intel and deliverables.
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
•    Examine Relias data generated by patient engagement (survey) products and feedback from customers using the products to aggregate insights 
•    Manage and analyze datasets.
•    Communicate findings through data visualizations and reports.
•    Inform content marketing, customer benchmarking analysis, aggregated customer proof points / claims, and value proposition / messaging.
•    Research and understand the patient engagement competitive and vendor landscape 
•    Partner with internal teams to design and implement surveys and other research projects including creation and delivery of analysis report.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute research objectives that are aligned with business needs including product development and revenue generation.
•    Collaborate with teammates focused on additional relevant customer markets (Acute, PAC, Community Health) and relevant Relias products (patient experience).
•    Provide analysis and enablement to internal stakeholders for business decisions and for educating others on the market.
•    Research and understand physician providers as a customer market segment (e.g., market trends, dynamics, customer organization attributes). 
•    Other duties as assigned. 
 
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    3+ years of market research experience, which includes survey writing, data analysis, and report writing or combination of education and relevant experience
•    Project management experience
 
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
•    Experience conducting healthcare, e-learning, or Software as a Service market research

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
