Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to drive success of our partner-focused marketing initiatives, driving student leads for our online programs. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, data analysis, and executional excellence. You will craft comprehensive marketing plans, create campaign strategies based on partner guidelines, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution. Your expertise in email and SMS marketing, combined with strong project management skills, will be critical to delivering campaigns that generate leads, drive conversions, and support business growth. If you’re an excellent communicator, collaborator, skilled at creating and optimizing growth focused campaigns, and proficient in operational execution - our Campaign Manager position is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Build marketing plans for partners, aligning with their guidelines and objectives.
    • Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using tools like Iterable, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
    • Continuously strategize and optimize campaigns to move leads through the funnel effectively.
    • Own content creation for campaigns and collaborate with the team on efforts.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify trends to recommend actionable next steps.
    • Present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
    • Build out testing opportunities for campaigns and be able to manage A/B testing or multivariate testing. 

  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
    • Approach campaign challenges with a logical, analytical mindset, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing approaches and adapt based on results.
    • Think strategically about campaign outcomes, making informed decisions that align with business objectives.

  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, keeping projects on track using tools like Notion or Asana.
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaign assets.

  • Independence & Collaboration:
    • Work independently to solve problems while recognizing when to seek input or escalate issues for resolution.
    • Maintain efficient workflows to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role: 
    • Preferred email marketing and SMS campaign experience with an ability to make data-backed decisions. 
    • Campaign Marketing or management of campaigns

  • Function as more of a “full-stack” marketer. Able to take on multiple marketing projects and work on multiple objectives at a time. 
  • Project Management experience, managing several projects and campaigns at one time using tools like Notion, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Iterable or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Build A/B testing opportunities and build out campaign recommendations 
  • Content creation, able to write emails and campaigns 
  • Creative thinker and exceptional problem solver with a growth mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt to evolving priorities.

We are headquartered in Austin, TX, USA, however, this role is remote with a strong location preference for Colombia where we are hiring several roles.
