Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Marketing Optimization Analyst to join our team in optimizing conversion rates and enhancing the e-commerce user experience within our Healthcare EdTech company. The Marketing Optimization Analyst will be responsible for leveraging web analytics and voice-of-customer solutions to analyze user behavior, implement CRO strategies, and provide actionable insights aimed at improving conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness. 

What You'll Do

  • Utilize Healthcare web analytics and voice-of-customer solutions to analyze e-commerce user behavior and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO). 
  • Keep track of Healthcare KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities within the EdTech industry. 
  • Implement sophisticated CRO techniques, including multivariate and split testing, to optimize landing page performance and increase funnel conversions. 
  • Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives for campaigns and channels to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and user experience. 
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to measure campaign effectiveness and CRO tests. Present findings and recommendations to partners, vendors, and stakeholders. 
  • Lead strategy discussions and manage projects related to reporting, advanced insights, incrementality and testing, attribution, and audience management. 
  • Develop and present regular reports and dashboards that track the effectiveness of marketing activities and CRO tests to the Healthcare Marketing Teams. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Proven experience as a CRO Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or ed-tech industry. 
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Experience with voice-of-customer solutions and methodologies to gather user insights and feedback. 
  • Knowledge of CRO techniques such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel optimization strategies. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
