Responsibilities:
The Operational Lead for Field Training, Sales, and Associate Development will play a critical role in supporting the Vice President, Sales and Associate Development. This role will operationally support the training and onboarding programs led by the Network Sales and Associate Development Administrative Coordinator by providing administrative and logistical assistance. Additionally, the Operational Lead will serve as a backup, ensuring continuity in their responsibilities.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Operational Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs and field engagement initiatives.

This role will collaborate closely with sales teams and senior leadership to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement innovative development initiatives. By ensuring consistent and impactful training and development programs, the Operational Lead will contribute significantly to improving Field leadership engagement, network field sales associate satisfaction engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Performance Outcomes
Operational Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for field training and associate development initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistics for training programs and events.
- Maintain and update training documentation, ensuring content is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to oversee program implementation and updates.
- Support digital tools and programming development to enhance onboarding programs, including Sales certification trainings
- Ensure proper communication and alignment between training programs and field operations.
Backup Support for Training Management
- Serve as the primary backup for Network Sales and Associate Development Administrative Coordinator, managing field training and training program responsibilities during their absence.
- Provide continuity for onboarding programs, field engagement initiatives, and associate development efforts.
Field Engagement and Reporting
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track performance metrics and KPIs for training programs.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and associate qualifications to Network leadership.
- Manage historical data tracking for training programs and propose data-driven improvements.
Marketing and Communication
- Create marketing collateral, including flyers, social media graphics, videos, presentations, and email communications.
- Develop and oversee communication plans for training initiatives across various channels, such as social media, email, and Zoom.
- Coordinate with external partners for video editing, closed captioning, and translations to support diverse markets, including Spanish-speaking associates.
- Liaise with the ASL community to ensure all training materials are accessible and inclusive.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in managing virtual training experiences for field and internal teams.
- Prepare training materials and resources for all levels of associates.
- Support leadership development programs, such as Next Level Leaders.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Network Field Operations & Training Manager.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in network training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva Pro is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with analytics and data tracking is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Creative and strategic thinking for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
