The PowerSchool Strategic Partnerships team develops partnerships with organizations that align with PowerSchool’s mission of serving K-12 education.

Our Strategic Partnerships team evaluates strategic alliances and partnerships across PowerSchool product offerings. This group works cross-functionally within PowerSchool with a heavy focus on analysis and strategic deliverables.
As the Partner Operations Coordinator you will execute on existing processes to provide operations support for the PowerSchool Strategic Partnerships Team. The successful candidate will need to be technically literate with the ability to quickly become efficient in working within multiple software platforms including Salesforce, Netsuite, Jira, and Coupa. A core element of the Partner Operations Coordinator role will be to troubleshoot issues on behalf of our partners. As their PowerSchool advocate, you will help them source answers independently or as a proactive facilitator between the partner and cross-departmental team members within PowerSchool.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Tracking and validating partner royalty reports, including collaboration with PowerSchool finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment of royalties.
- Problem solving partner inquiries with the ability to investigate and deliver common sense solutions that support the business.
- Interpreting contract language to understand terms and conditions.
- Maintaining the department’s standard operating procedures and process flows, ensuring all SOP’s are regularly reviewed, refreshed and published.
- Effective communication with all levels of PowerSchool and partner personnel.
- Supporting strategic meeting preparation and planning, developing objectives, agenda, and facilitating follow through on action items.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience in operations, project or customer management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly with little direction.
- General efficiency within Microsoft Excel with a demonstrated confidence to expand on abilities.

- Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Immaculate attention to detail.
- Ability to interact effectively with all corporate levels and departments within PowerSchool and our partners.
- Communication style that reflects a can-do attitude.
- Must be service oriented and a flexible team player with positive energy.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $61,400 - $79,400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
