Your role on the team:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of various P&C initiatives with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will work closely with both leadership and team members to drive engagement, enhance team member experience, and contribute to the overall success of our People & Culture strategy.
You can expect to:
- Oversee the logistics and administration of the full onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate the preparation of new hire documentation, including background checks offer letters, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure all new hires are properly set up in HRIS systems and have the necessary resources to succeed in their roles.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in the development and communication of P&C policies, programs, and best practices that support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment, training sessions, and other People & Culture programs.
- Assist in various administrative P&C functions, including preparing reports, maintaining team files, and updating P&C systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and company information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and compliance with data privacy regulations
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience), preferred with a degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR
- Ability to organize and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
