Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner who will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap. You will serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of features that align with our company’s vision and customer needs. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, customer empathy, and business acumen to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, gathering input and ensuring alignment on product features, timelines, and goals.
Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the development team is clear on priorities and timelines.
Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand trends and pain points, integrating these insights into product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects both short-term and long-term goals, ensuring flexibility and adaptation to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, ed-tech, or travel-related industries.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading development teams through the full product lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve product goals.
Experience in conducting market research and using customer feedback to inform product strategy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A passion for international education and a commitment to improving global education systems.
Technical understanding of software development processes is a plus.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
