Are you passionate about making complex technical concepts click for others? We're seeking a dynamic training specialist who can deliver powerful learning experiences across virtual and in-person channels. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your talent for teaching to create a lasting impact, ensuring your audience masters the knowledge they need to succeed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Deliver engaging technical training through multiple channels, mastering virtual platforms (i.e., Zoom, Teams) and in-person workshops.
• Adapt your teaching style to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Own the end-to-end training logistics, from coordinating schedules and managing enrollments to tracking participant success metrics.
• Use insights from participant feedback to enhance our training programs continuously.
• Serve as our product knowledge expert, staying current with industry trends and learning innovations.
• Help shape the evolution of our training content by providing hands-on feedback and ensuring materials remain fresh and relevant.
• Keep the show running smoothly by expertly managing virtual classroom technologies and swiftly resolving any technical hiccups that arise during sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions to minimize disruption to learning

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills in both virtual and in-person settings
• Expert-level proficiency with virtual training platforms and digital collaboration tools
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse audience types
• Adaptability to different learning environments and teaching modalities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Sciences, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical training delivery, with demonstrable virtual training experience
• Proven track record of successful training delivery in both virtual and in-person environments
• Certification in training-related fields (CTT+, Adobe Certified Instructor, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Experience in the Laboratory/LIMS/LIS industry preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to present and facilitate training for extended periods, both sitting and standing
• Capable of traveling up to 50% of the time for in-person training delivery
• Ability to speak clearly and project voice for extended periods
• Proficient computer use required, including simultaneous management of multiple applications
• Work is performed in both office and remote settings, with proper ergonomic setup required for both environments

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $75,300 to $101,300 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
