Job Description:
As Professional Education Coordinator, you will be instrumental in organizing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our commercial team members. You will be a key contributor to the success of our commercial team by ensuring the team is equipped with the latest clinical, product, and industry information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial Training & Development Team throughout all phases of program management including planning, logistics, on-site support, expense processing, and post-meeting reporting.
- Coordinate meeting logistics for internal educational programs like new hire training: registration, travel, hotels, meeting space, catering, printing/shipping, post-meeting surveys, and reports.
- Provide on-site support for live new hire training classes & national sales meetings.
- Create, deploy, and track post-meeting surveys. Provide suggestions for program development and improvement, based on attendee feedback.
- Submit, track, and report on expenses related to internal education events.
- Support ACTO (Sales Enablement tool) and Learning
- Management System administration by adding/removing users, assigning courses to users, and creating utilization reports.
- Field inquiries and assist with technical support for ACTO + LMS.
- Coordinate between departments and work with IT to resolve LMS-related issues.
- Design/create educational materials for training initiatives, sales meetings, etc.
- Create and edit videos for training purposes to be utilized in training platforms.
- Work with team members to develop and execute training programs.
- Design and build out training programs within the LMS + sales enablement tool and oversee updating/management of these training programs.
- Oversee training sessions and webinars.
- Provide ongoing support to trainees, answer technical questions and address any issues encountered throughout the training process.
- Provide design support cross-functionally as needed for resources/training materials/presentations.
- Manage various platforms/tools utilized for design and training needs.
- Manage communication for Commercial Training Team via team inbox
Skills Needed:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects at a time.
- Excellent in-person, over-the-phone, and written communication skills. Track record of providing logistical support to a professional/clinician audience a must.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software; such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google/Apple equivalents.
- Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva.
- Understanding of design principles and experience with the execution of creating brand-aligned materials/resources.
- Understanding of all relevant technical domains.
- Ability to learn and master new technical tools and resources quickly to scale with business needs.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and multimedia development software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and project management experience.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of flexibility on changing priorities.
- 2- 3 years of experience supporting sales, marketing, and educational programs.
- Experience with expense submission, tracking, and reporting. Experience working in a medical environment.
Physical Demands of the Job:
- Ability to travel within the US up to 20%
- 100% Remote position based in the US
Pay Range: $60-70/hr Depending on Experience.
