Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a Program Manager, Sales Operations to join our Sales Expansion Organization. As an experienced program manager in sales operations, you excel at driving success within teams and thrive in high-growth tech environments. You bring a deep expertise in streamlining sales processes, managing sales tools and technologies, and aligning the sales organization with marketing, system operations, and other key stakeholder teams. By analyzing sales requirements and prioritizing high-impact projects, you ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams. You leverage a metrics-driven approach to identify sales needs, collaborating with sales managers and leadership to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You are integral to shaping and executing sales strategies, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring the sales team has the resources and support needed to achieve their goals.

What You'll Do
  • Streamline Sales Processes: Optimize and automate workflows to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
  • Manage Sales Tools and Technologies: Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of sales tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms, etc.) to ensure they are aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to align strategies and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to track sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Identify Sales Needs: Continuously assess and identify gaps or opportunities within the sales process and structure, implementing changes where necessary.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Support and partner in the development and delivery of training programs and resources to enhance sales team performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process improvements and drive operational excellence to increase sales productivity and revenue growth.
  • Harness the power of AI coaching tools and performance monitoring platforms to enhance the effectiveness of training programs for customer-facing teams.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Ability to design workflows and automations, build reports, and collaborate with Systems Operations to implement updates.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining sales workflows, automating processes, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments.
  • Familiarity with AI sales  tools and performance monitoring platforms is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions
