What We Are Looking For :

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will need:

Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences-related discipline preferably in clinical, economic, public health or related health services.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research or related field

Preferred:

Master’s degree in a relevant field
Experience conducting community-based participatory research or experience with managing data
Experience working in a public health or community setting
Experience working with urban or rural community-based programs

Skills needed:

Excellent record keeping skills.
Good communications skills with ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Motivated individual with ability to efficiently multitask, work under pressure, handle interruptions and meet deadlines.
Ability to identify and determine problems, analyze information and implement solutions.
Capable of taking initiative and assuming responsibility.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:

Experience with SAS programming or similar including R, Stata, SPSS
Experience with programming surveys in Qualtrics
Experience with Microsoft product suite
