Job Description
This role serves as the primary expert for the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS), guiding customers through compliance and registration processes for apprenticeship programs. Assists customers in successfully navigating the technical and administrative aspects of RAPIDS while driving operational efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop streamlined processes, resolve complex challenges, and empower customers to achieve apprenticeship program success.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on the RAPIDS system, assisting customers with apprentice registration and compliance requirements.
  • Provides hands-on guidance for complex processes, including form submissions, approval workflows, and system troubleshooting.
  • Ensures accurate and timely registration of apprentices, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Develops and delivers training resources, including guides, tutorials, and workshops, to educate customers on RAPIDS usage and best practices.
  • Collaborates with the Customer Education team to integrate RAPIDS content into broader customer enablement initiatives.
  • Analyzes common customer challenges with RAPIDS and designs scalable solutions to address pain points.
  • Partners with internal teams to optimize workflows and reduce the time required for apprentice registrations.
  • Serves as the escalation point for RAPIDS related support tickets, collaborating with engineering and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Tracks and documents common customer inquiries to enhance RAPIDS knowledge bases and FAQs.
  • Works closely with apprenticeship program designers to ensure RAPIDS processes align with broader program objectives.
  • Provides feedback to federal agencies on system usability and suggests improvements based on customer experiences.
  • Monitors key metrics related to apprentice registration and compliance.
  • Generates reports for internal stakeholders to track registration trends, compliance rates, and system performance.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the RAPIDS system and federal apprenticeship regulations.
  • Familiarity with data entry, workflows, and compliance standards within RAPIDS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and administrative challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and process optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to clearly explain RAPIDS-related processes to diverse audiences, including those with limited technical expertise.
  • Skilled in delivering training sessions and creating educational resources.
  • Proven ability to provide actionable feedback and contribute to cross-departmental improvements.

Education          
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Workforce Development, or a related field.

Experience
  • 3+ years' experience with the RAPIDS system or apprenticeship program administration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.

Experience in lieu of education
Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.  Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in customer facing roles, such as Customer Success or Support.
  • Background in Workforce development, federal programs, or compliance.

Work Location
Work location is determined by role and business needs. In addition to our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT, we have several satellite locations across the US. Senior leadership, administrative functions, and technology teams are typically assigned to work in one of our office locations. While this position will begin with a Remote/Work-From-Home designation, this position will work "In-Office" once a dedicated space in Nashville, TN is established.

Position & Application Details
