Shift | Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. May work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
Job Summary | The SuRE Research Center administrator will oversee all aspects of this NIH-funded program. The administrator is responsible for providing advising and development of programming supporting career development needs.
They will serve as a specialist across multiple academic physical locations across the USA and affiliated territories assisting faculty preparing to compete for grants from the National Institutes of Health. This position is essential to the SuRE program.
The administrator will serve as the communication link between the UK SuRE team members and staff at NIGMS in addition to handling non-technical calls coming from participants and/or general inquiries. The administrator will provide continued mentorship assistance to Sure-eligible participants.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Photoshop, data collection and analysis, verbal communication.

Preferred Education/Experience | MS in a biomedical related field plus four or more years related experience.
