Job Description
The Part Time Resource Deployment Advisor provides operational support for customers, Account Managers, and Services delivery teams in fulfilling Savvas Professional Services. Primary responsibilities include resource management and deployment for all service types (pre-sale work, program activation, professional development, and consulting services), critical operational functions related to order processing and revenue recognition, and additional support tasks for online services offerings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute Services Operations tasks within established target service levels, including resource deployment, resource profile management, order management, and revenue recognition.
- Knowledgeably and efficiently assist internal and external customers in resolving product and service-related inquiries.
- Manage, maintain, and protect Services order, scheduling, and resource data across multiple systems, including analyzing transactions, adjusting records, and correcting errors.
- Implement, support, and enforce published business rules and standard processes for Services order management and resource deployment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to provide best-in-class service and support for internal and external customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
- Comfort level with Google Suite of applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred, specifically with analyzing data using pivot tables, functions, and formulas.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver efficient and effective results.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in professional services, customer care, or sales support.
- Familiarity with the K-12 education market is preferred.
- Customer service and call center experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
