Go1 is seeking a highly motivated, organized and goal-oriented RevOps Analyst who will be integral to the success of Go1’s customer-facing teams. As a part of the global revenue operations team, you will become a bridge between multiple departments, creating strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Product Management teams to drive improved efficiency and growth at Go1. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, dynamic, and successful work environment. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Partner and Finance teams to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including sales team performance, pipeline conversion, cost of customer acquisition and lifetime value of customers. 
  • Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal sales and marketing decision making. 
  • Support the continued development of Budgeting, Forecasting, Operational Planning and Modeling at Go1. 
  • Drive analytics and execution for long-term strategic projects by building presentations, engaging stakeholders, and seeking data-driven findings. 
  • Maintain a strong external orientation, understanding of industry dynamics and able to identify implications. 
  • Independently manage work stream, socialize recommendations, and gain consensus from stakeholders. 
  • Support functional leaders within the company by helping to establish and track metrics by department that align with broader company strategy. 
  • Lead profitability and return-on-investment analyses by bridging together complex data sets from several departments. 
  • Measure performance against sales plans of record against unit volume, revenue, and margin contribution. 

The Successful Candidate Will Have: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business with 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Analytics, Business Analysis or Consulting role. MBA a plus 
  • Comfortable working with and condensing large amounts of data into digestible, actionable information for leadership. 
  • Experience in high growth SaaS company with global customer base is a big plus.
  • Experience with SFDC, analytics tools with strong statistical knowledge.
  • Ability to think creatively, learn quickly, and see the bigger picture.
  • Self-motivated and able to drive one’s own initiatives without constant oversight.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Perform effectively in complex situations with limited guidance.
  • Results oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Can operate in an ever-changing environment and work within tight deadlines. 
  • Must be located in Central, Mountain or Pacific time. 

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $70,000 and $85,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
