Job Summary
The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role involves understanding and organizing sales departmental data to comprehensive reports to support the sales team and management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Create, develop and own standardized reporting for sales roles.
  • Develop expertise in sales-related data-marts and how to apply the data to meet the needs of the various teams within the sales departments.
  • Help define and drive business requirements to ensure that our data-models can support the needs of our department as business process, roles and workflows evolve.
  • Support user questions, provide training materials and document report content for users.
  • Develop expertise in SQL and PowerBI.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  • Strong interest or experience in utitlizing structured data to provide dynamic reporting, data visuals or dashboards in a business setting
  • Experience translating data into insightful visuals that enable others to understand and take actoin
  • Familiarity with MS PowerBI or similar SQL tools
  • A plus: experience using MATLAB for business analysis
