Purpose
Prove the best-in-class learning experience for the Company's sales organization. Responsible for enhancing the sales training program to ensure the sales team possesses the skills, knowledge, and expertise, to shorten ramp time and increase productivity. Ensure a learner-centered approach is developed and executed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the program curriculum design, development, and delivery of the training program to improve sales organization skills and abilities
  • Develop and implement a sales training strategy for onboarding and ongoing personal development using relevant, impactful, and on-the-job learning experience
  • Collaborate with the broader sales support team; Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Sales Support Team, and fellow Team Members to develop, update, and revise training resources to achieve strategic initiatives
  • Lead the continuous improvement and engagement of the Company's training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized
  • Analyze and recommend training solutions that align with the organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that focus on the learner's progress
  • Support workplace performance, coaching, mentoring, and enabling social and collaborative learning experiences for all levels of the organization
  • Create exciting, engaging, and interactive learning experiences with the aid of multimedia assets to enable impactful learning events

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years experience in the sales training role
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques and stays current with the trends
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of learning principles, industry design standards, and modern learning best practices for the continual development of learners. Certification in adult learning or instructional design - is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, digital content creation, delivering learning virtually and in-person, and creating a positive blended learning experience for learners
  • Self-starter and can work autonomously, yet understand the value and power of a team
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
