Job Summary: The Salesforce Developer/Admin will be instrumental in shaping our technology landscape, designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrating with external systems, and optimizing business processes. This role involves configuring and maintaining the Salesforce platform, building custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, designing and developing engaging digital experiences on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform, leveraging JavaScript frameworks to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Work Location:
This is a work-from-home role and qualified candidates can reside anywhere in the US.
Compensation Information:
Annual salary range of $83K- $110K with a defined annual incentive plan.
What youll do:
Configure and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, data management, and workflows
Monitor system health, perform regular audits, and manage release updates
Design and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs using declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce to build advanced functionality
Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems
Create complex reports, dashboards, and automated solutions to improve business processes
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, including templates, components, and pages
Develop and optimize front-end solutions using JavaScript frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem
Enhance user experience with custom components and responsive designs in Salesforce
Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
What we expect you to bring to the table:
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills and a positive attitude.
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand application development methods.
Experience with Agile framework and story breakdown and management.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Strong data management abilities.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) (a plus).
Minimum Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven industry experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin.
Proven experience in developing and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
