This is a 1099 contract position.

Here's what you'll do:
- Work with Emerson’s L&D team to plan and build learning experiences for large-scale SAP implementations
- Use human-centered and experiential principles to develop learning experiences that delight our clients
- Create detailed storyboards and graphics for multiple modes of delivery
- Build instructionally sound, creative and high-quality learning products (e.g. eLearning modules, microlearning videos, animations, software simulations, games, self-study guides, infographics, job aids, etc.)
- Visually represent complex concepts and ideas in compelling ways
- Implement and evaluate high-quality learning solutions in a variety of environments
- Support an Agile approach to development and on-time delivery of learning and development projects
Here's what you need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience using eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline
- 2+ years of experience developing training for SAP
- Superior business/technical writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to support internal and client team members
Our dream eLearning Developer has:
- Expertise with various digital authoring tools such as EnableNow, WalkMe, Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia, etc.
- ERP or similar technology implementation training experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Experience creating blended learning programs
- Lean and/or Agile development experience
