As a School Success Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor our schools count on as they transform their math programs with our products. From initial setup through ongoing growth, you'll build lasting partnerships with educators, working alongside Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams, ensuring every school's journey with us exceeds expectations, making AoPS an integral part of their mathematics program.
The School Success Specialist will:
- Manage product setup and provide expert guidance through email, phone, and video conferencing - from initial setup through ongoing support
- Fulfill customer orders of digital or physical products in coordination with Product teams.
- Prepare and execute professional development and other relationship-building services for clients as needed.
- Maintain customer accounts using AoPS custom systems, ensuring correct product access for customers and their users.
- Partner with Engineering to resolve technical challenges and enhance the user experience through quality testing
- Support the Finance team to facilitate billing and payment processing for institutional account customers.
- Coordinate contract signature process, including sending, storing, and maintaining contracts as well as coordinating any post-sale contract customization and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product suite while maintaining clear documentation of best practices and procedures
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in education, ideally including experience teaching, coaching teachers, or delivering professional development
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Critical decision-making ability even in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance is preferred
