About the Role
As a Seasonal Learning and Performance Improvement Specialist, you will design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and skill-building programs for team members at all levels of the organization. You’ll play a key role in driving team member engagement and professional development by combining cutting-edge instructional design with practical data insights.

This role will also allow you to:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to craft custom training solutions.
  • Facilitate dynamic learning sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Use data analytics to measure program effectiveness and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate learning projects with multiple resources and deliverables.
  • Delegate tasks, provide timely feedback, and ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain consistent communication for successful outcomes.
Consulting
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop effective performance solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Use excellent verbal and written communication to ensure clear and productive collaboration.
Instructional Design
  • Plan, design, and develop engaging instructional materials and training programs.
  • Create solutions that enhance team member engagement, retention, and development.
Facilitation
  • Deliver training programs to diverse audiences using various formats (virtual, in-person, blended).
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support leadership and personal growth.
Reporting
  • Analyze training data to generate insights that drive learning effectiveness and program improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
