Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance

 The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the company's HR systems and processes align with its strategic goals and objectives. Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned functions, this role will provide exceptional customer support and support business leaders with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
 
 Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME), consulting with various Centers of Excellence (COEs) and stakeholders to support their HR systems needs as well as reporting and analytics needs.
  • Serve as a data steward to support the global data governance initiatives by conducting regular audits to maintain and enhance data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide key HR insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as an escalation point for HRIS issues, researching and troubleshooting unexpected results to ensure timely resolution.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into technical requirements. Maintain and update system rules and tables to ensure compliance, uphold system/data integrity, and support business growth.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading contents, publishing learning materials, managing user training, and troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Administer employee surveys such as lifecycle and engagement surveys. Compile and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
  • Support annual HR processes (e.g., merit cycle, compensation review, performance management, open enrollment, etc.) through system setup/integration, data audits, data uploads, and analytics preparation.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain accurate and consistent data flow across various systems.
  • Develop and maintain job aids, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS processes and system functionality. Deliver training to business partners and end users as necessary.
  • Act as a key resource in system implementations and integrations, identifying and executing technical requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
  • Recommend automation and process improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience with HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and other relevant policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resources, or related fields required
  • 4+ years Previous Human Resources and HRIS experience required
  • 3+ years UKG (ulitpro) experience preferred
  • Strong data analytics skills to collect, cleanse, process, interpret, and visualize data.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to research and resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49199.33 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
