Your Mission:
As one of our Web & E-Commerce Service Conductors, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating the creation and evolution of our web and e-commerce offerings. From concept to launch and beyond, you'll be the driving force behind our digital masterpieces

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Visionary: Work across our Pearson divisions to define ambitious goals and strategies that push the boundaries of what's possible in the digital realm.

  2. Customer Champion: Get inside the minds of our internal business customers, understanding their needs, desires, and pain points to shape products that resonate and drive engagement.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, marketers, and analysts, orchestrating their efforts to deliver seamless and impactful web and e-commerce experiences.

  4. Agile Aficionado: Embrace the agile mindset, guiding the team through iterative development cycles, prioritizing features, and adapting to feedback to deliver value quickly and consistently.

  5. Data Diver: Dive deep into the data ocean, working with our in-house experts to leverage analytics and insights to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience that showcases your digital prowess.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, service ownership or business analysis, with a focus on web and e-commerce platforms and a portfolio that dazzles and delights.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, e-commerce best practices, and user experience principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams towards a common vision.
  • A data-driven mindset and a knack for turning insights into action, with experience in using analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions.
