As a member of the Global Compensation team, the Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in designing and administering competitive compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This senior individual contributor role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel for complex modeling, and the ability to craft compelling and impactful presentations.
Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams to design, analyze, and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
Play a critical role in the design and roll out of the annual salary review cycle, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with company goals.
Be a key contributor in various strategic initiatives, including pay structure assessments, pay transparency and equity implementations, job evaluations, and compensation communication.
Analyze internal and external compensation data and build Excel models using benchmarks to recommend pay structures that ensure competitiveness and equity
Craft clear, impactful presentations that tell compelling stories, effectively conveying insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Proven ability to analyze compensation programs using metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
