Salary: $150,000-$175,000/yr

Position Overview
The Senior Director, Product Strategy leads IM's product team and serves as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures our products are well-structured, and defined, meet organizational goals, and are properly roadmapped and executed while providing product strategy and product management leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic product vision and direction that aligns with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Direct the design, launch, and continually improve IM's product portfolio, providing diverse options to suit various organizational needs.
  • Direct product management processes and workflows by ensuring streamlined, effective operations.
  • Lead and manage employees by setting goals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Foster collaboration between product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive product experiences.

Qualifications & Skills 
Required:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in product management roles.
  • At least 4+ years of experience contributing to product strategy.
  • At least 4+ years of experience leading teams of product managers.
  • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
 
Preferred:
  • Experience managing educational technology products.
  • Experience working with curriculum and learning products.
  • Experience working in nonprofit organizations.
