The FP&A team provides financial oversight for the consolidated company, including building financial plans in coordination with business leaders, analyzing historical results, forecasting future results, and analyzing key business and financial trends.
The Senior Director, Revenue has responsibility for planning, forecasting and reporting activities for total company revenue and marketing spend. This role leads a team that works cross-functionally with partners in Marketing & Operations, Partner Support, Strategy and Finance to deliver actionable insights into key trends. This role will lead significant strategic initiatives including a plan tool implementation, designing and deploying advanced revenue and marketing reporting and analytics, and developing enhanced customer profitability reporting.  The ideal candidate has experience leading high performing teams and implementing new and innovative approaches to financial management.
 
A Day in the Life
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
Revenue Planning, Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Lead the implementation of a dimensional planning tool for revenue, enrollment and marketing metrics for total Risepoint
  • Lead the annual revenue budget process for total Risepoint
  • Analyze actuals vs. budget and prior year performance and highlight insights for leadership
  • Conduct revenue sensitivity analyses and forecasts to highlight key risks and opportunities
  • Present on revenue performance to senior leadership
  • Partner with marketing & operations strategy, sales ops, and partner support teams to ensure latest trends are understood and incorporated in forecast
Digital Marketing Planning, Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to develop a framework for understanding Marketing ROI; Deploy this framework across the organization to optimize marketing spend
  • Lead the annual marketing budget process for total Risepoint
  • Analyze actuals vs. budget and prior year performance and highlight insights for leadership
Data Analytics & Dashboarding:
  • Design, develop and deploy KPI and financial dashboards to provide near-time visibility into key operational and financial trends impacting revenue and marketing
  • Partner with marketing & operations strategy, sales operations, and partner support to develop a Finance Data Roadmap for total Risepoint
  • Lead the design and implementation of a Finance Data Warehouse for reporting, dashboarding, and analytics
  • Leverage statistical analyses to identify performance outliers and dig in to understand root cause
Team Leadership:
  • Serve as day-to-day finance support to Risepoint’s COO, providing detailed reporting, analysis and thought leadership
  • Lead a team of 5 high performing finance and analytics professionals
  • Promote a culture of customer service and integrity
Additional Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need for Success
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA Preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in FP&A
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with business stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage financial data and develop insights
  • Prior experience leading and managing high performing teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
