As a Senior Executive Assistant (Senior EA), your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to members of our Executive Team. You will be responsible for handling complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining confidential information, and proactively providing solutions. In this role, you will support two Executive Team members (or the equivalent) and provide back up coverage across the team as needed.
What You'll Do Here:
- Efficiently handle and maintain 2 executives' calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle incoming messages, responding promptly or redirecting as necessary
- Organize and maintain confidential information, exercising discretion and integrity
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials, ensuring all necessary information is available, ensure all resources required for meetings are secured
- Lead or support various projects
- Track and manage invoices, expense reports and reimbursements, effectively allocating resources
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Coordinate and support special events and meetings, exhibiting flexibility and crisis management skills, leveraging internal resources where appropriate
- Provide general administrative support with a focus on efficiency, flexibility, and problem solving
Required Skills:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Professional and polished demeanour
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities!
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with complex calendar management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$34.50 - $51.00 USD
