Job Summary:
BARBRI are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Creative Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in branding, print, and digital design, with the ability to lead and execute high-impact design projects across multiple platforms.

In this position, you will be responsible for executing creative deliverables, developing innovative visual concepts, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements to meet project objectives.

This role reports to the Vice President of Brand and Creative Strategy, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional customer-facing and internal teams, and mentor junior designers to deliver best-in-class creative campaigns and Sales enablement and Marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Design Projects: Lead and execute effective design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with best practice processes, brand guidelines, stakeholder expectations, and creative growth strategy and KPIs.
  • Print Design: Design marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, posters, event booths and backdrops, and other print materials that align with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Social Media: Produce compelling on-brand creative assets to be deployed in the market by organic and paid media teams; evaluate performance data and continuously optimize creative assets for conversion and engagement.
  • Web Design: Collaborate with content and UX/UI team to create visually stunning and user-friendly landing pages, and other digital assets, using SEO, CRO, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Video Design: Work with our video/motion designer to produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations.
  • Interactive Design: Lead the creation of interactive elements for websites, and digital experiences, enhancing user engagement and interactivity.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, development, and creative teams to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Stay Current: Stay current with design trends, emerging MarTech, and best practices to continuously improve the touch pointsquality and productivity of creative work.
  • Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring all designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Presentations: Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale and receiving feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field. Additional professional certifications a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across web, video, and print.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Miro, Axure)
  • Video Production: Experience video storyboarding and animation software a plus
  • Interactive Design: Experience with interactive and dynamic content creation using tools such as Adobe Animate, and other web technologies.
  • Microsoft Office: Basic skills with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs clearly and effectively and handle constructive feedback to execute iterations.
  • Problem-Solving: A creative thinker with a strong, agile, problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including under tight deadlines, and to collaborate professionally and objectively with colleagues.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • A strong background in branding and rebranding projects is preferred.
