Position Overview
This role can be based remotely in the US or if based in any of the following locations: Denver, CO; Ashburn, Virginia, in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
The Learning Program Manager plays a crucial role in the successful development, implementation, and management of global development programs and initiatives at Vantage Data Centers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Leadership and Learning, Global, this position will oversee the strategy, development and implementation of scalable learning programs that align with Vantage’s talent strategy and business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excel in stakeholder management, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale. They will collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional leaders to analyze current and future capability gaps proactively. With this strategic insight, they will design impactful development solutions that accelerate employee growth, fortify our leadership pipeline, and future-proof organizational competencies
Essential Job Functions
- Direct the creation and administration of scalable learning programs across Vantage
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Vantage-wide curriculum covering global new hire orientation, manager development, and ongoing skill development.
- Ensure all training programs are developed, delivered, and measured in accordance with L&D design principles.
- Guide participants through learning activities, ensuring a clear understanding of the material, and creating an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Working closely with department leaders, managers, and regional People & Culture teams to identify skill gaps and devise strategies to elevate employee capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with People team and department specific stakeholders and leaders to ensure successful completion of training.
- Develop metrics and monitor the impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure learning programs and curricula align with organizational culture, values, leadership expectations, and strategic priorities
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve learning programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on program performance and impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in L&D.
- Ensure L&D programs can scale effectively as Vantage grows.
- Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, project management, or similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or certifications/accreditations (ex. Situational Leadership, Insights, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale
- Understanding of workplace and learning trends, and the implications for a global, multi-generational workforce
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate global program delivery.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred.
- Travel required is expected to be up to 15% but may increase over time as the business evolves

Additional Details
- Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
