Senior Manager of Product Operations, Publishing Workflow Integrations
Location: Hoboken, NJ or Cary, NC (Hybrid opportunity - 8 days/month office expectation)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Product Operations to establish scalable and efficient processes and drive cross-functional collaboration to support the overall success of the Publishing Platform. This role will manage issues that arise during the development or after launch of new product features and will accelerate feedback loops between product, technology, business development, and support teams to align their work, focusing both on short-term workarounds and long-term scalable solutions. This position is key to ensure we increase our scale, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at each touchpoint in our best-in-class research publishing workflow for both Research Publishing and Publishing Solutions.
  
How you will make an impact:
  • Leadership: Drive a strong cross-functional leadership culture between core team members in the Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Delivery: Oversee feature adoption, post-launch issue management and operational KPI reporting.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Drive collaboration between Product, Technology, and Support teams, ensure documentation and training materials are ready for post-release support, and communicate with business stakeholders to keep them updated during development and product launch.
