THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Operations Manager, you will optimize processes, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the company. This role requires a highly organized, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to tackle a mix of process optimization, finance operations, HR initiatives, and compliance projects. YOU WILL:
People Operations
- Own and improve HR processes, policies, and systems to support rapid growth.
- Support hiring efforts, including managing job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
- Oversee employee onboarding & offboarding.
- Maintain and update HRIS and other people-related systems.
- Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s knowledge base
Finance Operations
- Automate the accounts receivable process end-to-end for efficiency.
- Manage invoice payments and support monthly bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Operational Efficiency
- Spearhead operational improvements to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Roll up your sleeves to execute critical tasks, regardless of scope or visibility.
YOU HAVE:
- 4+ years of experience in operational roles, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Low ego and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to tackle any task, big or small.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
