Senior Product Manager, Partners

The Senior Product Manager, Partners will think of how we acquire new partners (both internal & external) and their partner experience, as it relates to helping partners bring new Heroes to Kajabi. This position reports to the Head of Growth.

The partner program today comprises existing Heroes (Affiliates) who refer new Heroes to the platform and experts who help Heroes be successful. In the future, we aim to expand this to freelancers and agencies who bring new potential Heroes to Kajabi and help them build their business.

We are looking for a product manager who can both balance growth responsibilities for existing partners while being more 0>1 focused on new features and capabilities for new types of partners. A successful product manager in this role should be able to elucidate impact and effort tradeoffs, execute fast, and grow our business globally through our partner program. Your responsibilities will focus on deeply understanding the partner acquisition and engagement journey and then executing against that journey to drive partner success and engagement, subsequently driving Hero & customer growth. The ideal candidate has experience owning aggressive growth targets, synthesizing data (both qualitative and quantitative) into insights, and worked on 0>1 features. You will develop, deploy and scale global products and programs with dedicated resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Partners, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics).

The Impact you will make

  • Develop, lead, and execute on a strategy that improves partner recruitment (both from existing Heroes & external partners), and partner engagement; and help define success criteria for both those pillars
  • Oversee core product feature development, experimentation, and product improvements helping define the best experience for partners to drive a significant portion of Hero growth
  • Scope and implement best practices for a partner program, gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, and serving as the voice of the customer to both internal and external teams

Attributes for Success

  • Successful track record of defining, building, and launching both 0>1 and growth products
  • Ability to use data and customer feedback to prioritize resources and quantify impacts
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present a document to both technical and non-technical leadership
  • Ambitious self-starter who can identify, prioritize, and complete work with little to no direction from leadership

In-Office Requirement Statement

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration or attend company events 1-2 times a quarter.

Pay Range

$149,000—$199,000 + equity + bonus
