THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Product Operations Manager, you will be the connective tissue between our product and user-facing teams. In this role, you will turn user feedback into actionable insights and operationalize various aspects of the product development cycle - ranging from running betas and launching new features to managing product quality initiatives. You will partner closely with product leadership to shape, support and execute on product goals.

YOU WILL: 
  • Feedback Loops: Maintain strong feedback loops between product facing teams and users, working with user-facing teams to collect product feedback, and telling data-driven stories (you’ll use SQL) to communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Uplevel product team understanding of how the product is being used in the real world..
  • Launches: Plan, coordinate, measure, and drive discipline around the processes for betas and launches, in partnership with go-to-market teams.
  • Marketing, sales, and customer success enablement: Ensure that customer-facing teams have the necessary resources and tools to support users.
  • Product expertise: Be a product expert, and maintain a central source of truth for information about your team’s products.
  • Operational Projects: Identify and manage special projects throughout the year based on team needs.

YOU HAVE:
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience with SQL or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions that impact business outcomes.
  • Skilled at turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information into actionable plans.
  • Experience designing, optimizing, and scaling operational systems and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at cross-functional collaboration and working with external partners to drive execution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
