Team Overview

The Sales Enablement team equips the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness. Responsibilities: 

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Representative- North America, your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales organization and other departments to ensure alignment on program development and promote adoption of readiness initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide support and coaching to sales representatives and leaders to help them achieve their targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into training and materials.
  • Gather feedback and implement changes based on feedback from sales teams and leaders to identify gaps, refine programs, and improve sales outcomes.
  • Act as trusted advisor to sales leaders by providing insights and recommendations for improving team productivity.

 Qualifications:
 
Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning and Development or Program Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling training materials and present to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and structured with attentiveness to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to measure and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, Technology, or educational organizations.
  • Certification in sales training programs such as Challenger, Sandler, or MEDDIC
  • Experience in quota-carrying Sales role

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,300 - $110,300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
