Senior Sales Enablement Coordinator Full Description

The Senior Sales Enablement Coordinator collaborates directly with the AVP of Sales Enablement to empower the sales team through tool management, training coordination, and resource development. This role involves organizing events, activities, and learning opportunities to foster collaboration and streamline sales processes across the Sales organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales enablement tools and provide first-line support to sales team members
  • Coordinate sales calendar and events
  • Manage Sales rosters and org charts
  • Coordinate sales trainings and support content development for regional and team meetings
  • Support with coordination of biannual National Sales team meetings: development, attendee support and on-the-ground support
  • Provide logistic support and management of the Sales Mentorship program
  • Develop and maintain the sales enablement content repository
  • Work with the Documentation Specialist on communication and resource access
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team
  • Build necessary courses in Amplify University
  • Aid in Implementing sales enablement programs, including onboarding and certifications
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in Sales, preferably in the Education or Ed Tech field 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Amplify Products 
  • Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools and content development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving ability

What we offer:

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
