Join our dynamic Enterprise Learning team as a key individual contributor to support Conagra’s strategic employee development objectives. As part of our learning and development team, you will play a critical role in managing enterprise-wide onboarding journeys, orientation programs, and early career development initiatives. You will also serve as the program manager for our Critical Thinking and Facilitation Skills programs. The Senior Specialist, Enterprise Learning & Development will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance learning solutions that drive employee skill development and business success.

Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Learning & Development, this is a hybrid role based in Omaha, NE, or Chicago, IL.

This role may be for you if you have:
  • Experience in designing and managing large-scale onboarding and development programs.
  • Experience delivering engaging, user-centric learning solutions that align with business needs.
  • Critical thinking, a growth mindset, situational agility, and the ability to drive continuous improvement to support behavior change and build a learning culture.
  • Facilitation skills, both virtual and in person, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive impactful learning experiences.
  • Robust analytical and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.

What you will do:

  • Enterprise Onboarding Journey Management: Oversee and enhance enterprise-wide onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires at all levels. Partner with HR and business leaders to create templates and tools for onboarding specific employee populations; including frontline manufacturing employees, salaried employees, and hiring managers.
  • Enterprise Orientation Program Management: Develop and manage company orientation programs, ensuring employees receive critical information and support to accelerate their productivity and engagement.
  • Early Career Program Management: Lead an annual cohort of early career employees, providing structured support and skills development opportunities, as well as provide training support for our annual intern programs.
  • Critical Thinking Program Management: Lead our Critical Thinking program to enable critical thinking and problem-solving skills across our salaried workforce, while driving improvements to ensure the program meets business needs.
  • Facilitation Skills Program Management: Manage a facilitation skills program to upskill business leaders and cross-functional partners, equipping them with the tools to effectively lead and deliver impactful learning experiences.
  • Ad Hoc Project Support for Business Functions: Provide strategic learning solutions for specific business needs, supporting ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, scalable, and technology-enabled learning content leveraging adult-learning principles and the 70/20/10 model.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, talent management, or HR-related functions.
  • Experience developing content for diverse audiences, including manufacturing and frontline employees.
  • Collaboration skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies such as Articulate 360, LMS systems, and virtual facilitation tools.

Compensation: Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
