About the role...
We are seeking a Social Production Assistant to support the team across day-to-day content and project productions. As a core member of our growing marketing team, you sit within Marketing Operations and are someone who lives for creative production, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and you know marketing assets and creative deliverables inside and out.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and resourceful, has strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborates well with others.

You will...
  • Produce and provide on-the-ground support for Tier 3 Campaigns in PGH and NYC, including staffing/vetting vendors, managing contracts, transportation, prop sourcing, and project management
  • Support both YouTube and daily social content production
  • Mascot suit, prop, and storage management
  • Social account tooling support for global and international marketing teams
  • Brand Marketing team administrative support, in collaboration with other stakeholders

You have...
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various team members and convey information clearly
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work
  • Familiarity with production equipment and software and creative assets
  • Ability to think quickly and resolve issues as they arise during production

Exceptional candidates will have...
  • Experience using project and task management tools like Asana and JIRA
  • Curiosity about language learning, and proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
