The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Formulates hypotheses around behavior and engagement and can turn that hypothesis into Research Studies
  • Work to define and prioritized unknowns and assumptions
  • Helps their team deliver value to our customers by making critical trade-off decisions
  • Coordinates with other teams to create experiences that transcend technical boundaries
  • Creates connections between product experiences
  • Connects deliverables to customer and business KPIs
  • Strategic planning around Product Launch timing, communication, and training
  • Creates and implements post-launch data collection and analysis plans
  • Develop strong relationship with Stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Software Product Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in Agile environments  
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong passion for exploring and understanding customer needs 
  • Leadership instincts with a positive team building approach
 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Education Technology
  • Experience with Cloud based ERP Systems; Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
