Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Champion best practices for intelligence management, data integration, and security to enhance the customer experience.

Customer Engagement & Solution Engineering

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, working closely to understand their requirements and challenges.
Translate customer needs into scalable, high-performance solutions using the latest intelligence-driven integration technologies.
Deliver expert guidance and hands-on support to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.

Technical Execution & Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams to design, enhance, and advance the platform’s capabilities for delivering Education Intelligence Solutions, including data integration and management.
Oversee the implementation of intelligence-driven data pipelines, ETL processes, and API integrations, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization in education intelligence applications.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Extensive experience working directly with customers in a technical implementation or professional services capacity.
Hands-on expertise with ETL processes, APIs, cloud-based data platforms, and integration frameworks.
Strong data analytics skills, to include proficiency in SQL or other scripting languages, for troubleshooting and optimization.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Background in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services or solutions architecture.
General knowledge of Python with an understanding of data transformation techniques.

Preferred:

Understanding of Databricks (deployment, integrations, security)
Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
