ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
The Senior Field Training & Education Specialist plays a vital role in designing, developing, and executing engaging training programs that support the safe and effective use of our product. This role focuses on content creation, training execution, and project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a team-oriented environment that values problem-solving and innovation. They must be able to create and execute training content at a high level of speed and excellence, balancing quality with efficiency to meet tight deadlines without compromising effectiveness. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling training materials, and a proactive mindset to continuously refine and optimize content based on feedback and evolving business needs.  

 OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
  • Develops and delivers training materials, including presentations, digital e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops. 
  • Assists in the execution of training programs that educate field teams and customers on product use and clinical applications. 
  • Supports the planning and implementation of new product training initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams. 
  • Maintains and updates existing training content based on feedback and product enhancements. 
  • Engages with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent training approach across departments. 
  • Monitors and reports on training program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Works collaboratively in a dynamic environment, contributing ideas and proactively solving challenges. 
  • Travels up to 50% (may vary based on business needs). 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, training, or content development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (depending on business needs).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard and custom software programs (MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Power BI, LMS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and commitment to teamwork are essential to success in this role, as we work together to support each other and drive shared outcomes.

SALARY 
The salary for this position is expected to be between ($114,500 and $171,700) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
