Serve as a subject matter expert on Financial Aid Management systems like Banner, Salesforce, and ProSAM.

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Operations for project execution, system enhancements, and change management.
Require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field with 4-6+ years experience in student finance or process optimization.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power BI plus knowledge of Federal Student Aid regulations and billing systems.
Salary range between $85,000 and $95,000 with benefits including 401k matching, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health coverage.
