Sr. Partnership Specialist, Clinical Full Description

As a Sr. Partnership Specialist (Inside Sales) at Riverside, you will be the driving force behind empowering educators and transforming learning experiences in your territory. In this role, you'll connect with schools and districts, offering our innovative Clinical solutions that make a real difference. Through meaningful conversations and tailored approaches, you’ll help educational leaders find the right tools to achieve their unique goals. Working in a dynamic remote sales environment, you’ll use digital platforms to deliver impactful presentations, build lasting relationships, and create customized solutions that address the challenges educators face. Your passion for education and commitment to providing value-driven insights will positively influence the lives of students, teachers, and administrators and make a lasting difference in classrooms nationwide.   

Applicants must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones to be considered for this position. 
Territory: MI, OH, IN, IL, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE 

In this role, you will get to:
  • Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross selling our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities ensuring a steady stream of upsell, cross-sell, new business and renewal opportunities. 
  • Expand your knowledge of Riverside clinical products by attending product training sessions and demonstrating proficiency in product presentations. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with departmental objectives and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed to address shortfalls.
  • Conduct regular virtual sales presentations and maintain a consistent cadence of customer engagement activities. 
  • Leverage CRM tools to capture, track, and analyze sales activities and pipeline data, driving smarter decision-making and customer insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Clinical Sales or Ed Tech sales (Special Education or Psychology background preferred).
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Skilled at building rapport with customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proficient in delivering web-based presentations and utilizing PowerPoint for impactful sales engagements.
  • Collaborative and able to work across departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Competent in using CRM systems like HubSpot and Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze and report sales data.

Physical Requirements:
  • Remote - Applicants must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones to be considered for this position
  • Up to 5% travel
  • May require extended periods of stationary work (sitting or standing)

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
