About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the ClinicalPharmacology experience for the Physician and Pharmacist suite of products through an exciting growth phase.  Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will be a key member of an energetic and passionate product-led team.  Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the VP Product to lead the product vision and roadmap for the ClinicalPharmacology experience, while driving a longer term global strategy aimed at improving and differentiating the experience for pharmacists worldwide.  You will collaborate closely with technology, clinical, and content counterparts, as well as global and regional product managers to create cohesive experiences within our product suite.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the VP Product to develop a 2-3 year strategic vision for the ClinicalPharmacology experience, grounded in customer data and insights
  • Drive the strategy through an executable product roadmap and collaborate with ClinicalPharmacology product colleagues to prioritize and launch globally
  • Innovate on behalf of our customers to build value and optimize ClinicalPharmacology experiences across web and mobile apps.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive innovation and develop new strategies to support a world class product
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, escalating issues early and providing data driven recommendations
  • Leverage data and customer research to identify untapped opportunities and develop product plans to address them
  • Take ownership of product-led growth initiatives in partnership with stakeholders across Clinical Solutions
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to challenge, improve and create new functionality for web and mobile app use cases

Requirements
  • Have 5-6 years of experience delivering world class SaaS and B2B products in a high velocity environment, with 2+ years in Health tech and knowledge of the pharmacology domain
  • Have experience as a full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex, global product
  • Possess prior experience releasing new products or product features to the market, from conceptualization to execution to post release management
  • Have experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery tradeoffs, roadmap strategy, and prioritization
  • Possess technical knowledge to understand the implications of product decisions
  • Familiarity with self-serve product analytics and use of Excel, Tableau, Pendo or other product analytic tools
