WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are currently searching for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager, B2C with innovative thinking and an ownership attitude to lead our marketing efforts focused on NHA and Professionals.  A key area will be on launching and maintaining a vibrant, engaged membership community around our brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical capabilities, and community-building skills to enhance our brand presence and foster a strong connection with our members.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work remotely within the United States.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Ownership of Membership Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies based on a deep understanding of customer needs to drive NHA member acquisition. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, technology and sales teams to refine membership strategy, create go-to-market plans, and ensure project alignment with broader business objectives. Translate customer needs into compelling positioning, messaging, and impactful value propositions.  
  • Membership Engagement & Growth: Lead efforts to enhance the value proposition of our membership, fostering active participation and loyalty. 
  • Content Creation, Messaging & Distribution: Work with the marketing team to craft and distribute engaging content, maintaining a consistent and persuasive message across various channels including social media, influencer, email, SMS, and membership community.  
  • Product Development Partnership: Collaborate with product development to continuously enhance the customer experiences for our learners and professionals. 
  • Market Insights & Responsiveness: Keep a pulse on market trends and consumer behaviors, adapting marketing strategies to meet evolving needs and capitalize on opportunities. 
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Set clear metrics for success. Regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance. 
  • Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and professionals to deepen understanding of market, user, and competitive insights and strengthen our membership network.   

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.  
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing.
  • Proven experience in membership and community development.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively interact and collaborate with marketing colleagues, cross-functional teams and external partners.  
  • Passionate about understanding and catering to member needs and behaviors, translating them into actionable insights and compelling marketing strategies.  
  • Superior project management skills and ability to prioritize and react to changing market and organizational dynamics.  
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2C membership acquisition strategies, with expertise in messaging and market segmentation.  
  • A thorough understanding of membership dynamics and the factors that contribute to member engagement and retention. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills  
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail.  
  • Experience managing timelines and resources for specific projects or initiatives.
