WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Sr Technical Change Manager will educate employees on Information Technology productivity tools and other software systems. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of business processes, systems, and technology. The role is responsible for preparing, supporting, and guiding employees through the change, ensuring that the organization’s goals are achieved and sustained. This role must possess and demonstrate a balance of knowledge in training techniques, trends and facilitation, as well as possessing a solid technical aptitude. Communication skills is a must along with the capability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. In addition, this role will ensure that any new change initiative introduced into the organization will achieve quick adoption and ensure efficient understanding.

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Gilbert, AZ office location.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Execute against organizational objectives to identify and assess training needs for IT initiatives, programs or systems as they arise.
- Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted.
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
- Support internal communication efforts and strategies as necessary
- Create and conduct surveys to better understand training and other needs of the organization.
- Design and implement comprehensive communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Assess the impact of change initiatives on the organization, including employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance.
- Collect and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create interactive, multimedia presentations as needed to achieve training goals
- Assist with defining and implementing continuous service improvements
- Identify the most expected and potential points of resistance to change based on feedback, change champions and/or key stakeholders. Responsible in the development of counter strategies to reduce the resistance.
- Establish parameters to measure early adoption, effective utilization and proficiency to new change initiatives and provide data on trends and outcomes.
- Create and implement specific organizational change management plans with respect to training and orientation of Team Members when new technologies are implemented.
- Primary attention to the people aspects of organizational change management involving IT projects and initiatives. Partner with technology team and other leaders to create a structured change management implementation strategy.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
- Experience working in a consulting or advisory role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to embrace change.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
