Job Summary | The University Campus Store Sandy is seeking a part-time Sales Floor Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. As a key holder, the Sales Floor Supervisor will participate in a supervisor rotation for opening and closing the store, manage cash handling procedures, and lead the team during their shifts.

Responsibilities | Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales associates, ensuring they meet performance standards and adhere to store policies. Store Operations: Participate in a supervisor rotation for opening and closing the store, manage cash registers, and ensure the security of the store. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising. Sales: Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge. Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.

Minimum Qualifications | Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); two years full-time customer service; supervisory experience or equivalency; and demonstrated effective human relations and communication skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and cash handling experience preferred.
