The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Channel Marketing will lead the development and exe-cution of a comprehensive channel marketing strategy across all distribution channels (in-cluding traditional, digital, field and organic). This executive will focus on both short-term performance and long-term innovation, driving the evolution of channel marketing capabili-ties to meet future market demands. In partnership with internal teams and external part-ners, the SVP will optimize current strategies and lay the groundwork for the next generation of channel marketing, leveraging new technologies, data-driven insights, and evolving mar-ket trends. The SVP will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, shaping the fu-ture of the channel marketing organization, and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategic goals.

Job Description (Essential Functions; A Day in the Life)
Channel Partnerships & Optimization
· Long-Term Partner Relationships: Beyond immediate business needs, develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring that long-term objectives are met and aligned with the company’s broader goals.
· Partner Ecosystem Development: Drive traffic and conversions through high-impact marketing campaigns for our partner universities
· Data-Driven Insights for Innovation: Leverage analytics to uncover new oppor-tunities for channel optimization. Develop new methods of performance evalua-tion that anticipate and respond to evolving market dynamics.

Team Leadership & Development
· Talent Development: Invest in the professional growth of the channel market-ing team, ensuring that they are equipped with both the skills for current needs and the foresight to manage future marketing technologies and strategies.
· Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimenta-tion, and agility within the marketing team. Encourage team members to stay on the cutting edge of marketing trends and technologies.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure that channel marketing is well-inte-grated with the product, sales, technology, and customer success teams to cre-ate a holistic, forward-thinking marketing ecosystem.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Metrics
· Next-Gen Analytics: Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and reporting tools to assess and predict the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives. Use predictive analytics to forecast future trends and shape proactive channel strategies.
· Future-Focused KPIs: Establish KPIs not only focused on immediate perfor-mance but also on long-term trends, like lifetime value (LTV), partner ecosystem growth, and digital transformation milestones.

Budget & Resource Management
· Forward-Looking Resource Allocation: Oversee the channel marketing budget with a focus on allocating resources toward initiatives that will enhance future channel capabilities, including investments in technology, innovation, and new partnerships.
· ROI of Future Investments: Ensure the channel marketing budget is not only driving short-term ROI but is also investing in high-impact initiatives that will fuel long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements and Preferred Experience; (What You’ll Need for Success):

Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or ad-vanced degree preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related fields, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel market-ing strategies that drive both current and future business growth.
· Experience with digital transformation and integrating advanced marketing technologies into traditional and emerging channel strategies.
· Deep understanding of how to scale channel marketing efforts globally, lev-eraging both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels.

Skills & Competencies:
· Strategic Visionary: Ability to think long-term and anticipate future trends in the marketing and channel ecosystem, while balancing immediate business needs.
· Innovation-Driven Leadership: Track record of leading innovation within a marketing organization, particularly around technology adoption, data ana-lytics, and new partnership models.
· Advanced Data Analytics: Expertise in utilizing data and analytics to shape marketing strategies, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
· Team Development: Strong experience in building, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams that are capable of embracing change and innovating in response to shifting market dynamics.
· Collaboration Across Functions: Ability to work closely with cross-func-tional teams (sales, product, technology) to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into broader organizational goals.
