About the role: We are seeking an entry level Systems/Cloud Engineer to join our existing team. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and advance their knowledge in Cloud (AWS) computing.

About the team- This team ​ headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts, specializes in workflow management solutions for the scholarly publishing community. They develop tools to streamline manuscript submission, peer review, and production tracking. Their flagship product, Editorial Manager®, is a widely adopted cloud-based system used by thousands of journals worldwide to manage editorial workflows efficiently

Requirements
  • Recent College Grad with a Degree in Systems Engineering or similar academic discipline.
  • Able to work in our North Andover Massachusetts office 2x3 times a week.
  • Possess academic or internship exposure to IAC, Terraform, Python Scripting, DevOps, AWS.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in designing, building, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
  • Writing automation scripts in Python to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations
  • Supporting and maintaining DevOps workflows and deployment pipelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions
