We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for internal teams across multiple divisions and geographic locations. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing and executing talent strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, this role will collaborate on process improvements and recruiting initiatives to enhance efficiency and expand access to a diverse pool of qualified talent.
In This Role You Will:
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including; market research, recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer negotiations & acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop structured interview processes that drive exceptional hiring decisions
• Participate in identifying and implementing improvements to existing programs, while developing innovative sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Leverage Dayforce reports, dashboards, and other recruiting tools to track the hiring pipeline, analyze trends, and provide insights that inform strategy
• Proactively managing a pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future business needs
• Ensure a positive, efficient, and engaging recruiting experience for all stakeholders through timely communication and process excellence
• Provide regular recruitment status updates through meetings, email communications, and reports, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Serve as an expert on Discovery Education’s products, positions, and culture, effectively communicating our value proposition to candidates
• Represent Discovery Education at career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other external recruiting events
• Strategically contribute to Diversity & Inclusion hiring initiatives, ensuring equitable and inclusive recruiting practices
• Support broader talent initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Credentials and Experience:
• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency setting
• Knowledge of local technology, startup, and SaaS hiring landscapes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience
• Proficiency in working with an ATS (Dayforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
• General knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other search tools
• Strong relationship-building skills with a history of creating successful partnerships with business stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Legal right to work in the United States
